The following assignments represent a few of the searches that demonstrate our work with clients in achieving their human capital goals:
*For an “A List” Am Law 50 firm, KMS was retained to recruit a Chief Administrative Officer- a thought leader who would advance their growth as well as seamlessly integrate the management and operations to the next level. This was a highly rigorous search with a multitude of prospects, but the requirements and dynamics were uniquely tailored to one.
*A prominent AM Law firm retained KMS to recruit a Professional Development & Recruitment Manager with a profile request that exceeded most of their competitors. Within a meager candidate pool, KMS introduced a range of candidates, which resulted in a hire.
*For a national financial services firm, KMS recruited a group of Managing Directors with an outstanding book of business in government contract forensic litigation valuation services along with several single Managing Directors-multi offices.
*For a large litigation antitrust practice group within an Am Law 100 firm, KMS recruited a Litigation Support Practice Manager- a role in high demand and low supply for the level of project management and technical expertise required.
*For a search initially assigned to our larger competitors in attorney recruitment, KMS was contacted when the client was not satisfied with an exhaustive search and the pool of candidates presented. Within a week, KMS introduced the attorney that was hired and subsequently presented three more candidates.
*For an international Am Law 100 firm, KMS completed numerous searches over a 12-year period of time including a Managing Attorney for litigation services, a Sr. Staff Attorney & Manager, Associates, a Paralegal Manager, and legal support personnel.
*A non-profit involved in national and international defense-related issues has engaged KMS for over 20 years in the recruitment of key roles in, fundraising and executive support.
*For 20 years, KMS has recruited for an Am Law firm, providing a Director of Administration, mid-level managers, and legal support personnel.
